Description: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to renew on a sole source basis a subscription with West Publising Company for various publication such as US CODE ANNOTATED 2004 POCKET PARTS FOR USCA 18:1-330 CRIMES, FEDERAL CIVIL JUDICIAL PROCEDURE AND RULES 2004 PAMPHLETS, and AMERICAN LAW REPORTS FEDERAL 2003 POCKET PARTS, VOLUMES 189-196, TABLES AND INDEX. West Group is the sole publisher and distributor of the copyrighted CD rom subscriptions. All responsible sources may respond. Written responses should include technical data sufficient to determine capability. No telephone call will be accepted. No solicitation document exists. Responses must be received by November 13, 2003.
