- Description
- The Defense Intelligence Agency has a requirement for subscriptions to various magazines and newspapers and delivery services for the period 2 Jan 2004 through 31 Dec 2004. Deliveries are to be made to three locations: the Pentagon, Clarendon, and the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center on Bolling AFB, Washington, DC. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The awarded contract will require delivery of newspapers Monday through Friday to the Concourse at the Pentagon NLT 6:00 a.m., delivery to Building 6000, Bolling AFB NLT 6:00 a.m. and delivery to 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA NLT 6:30 a.m. Access to the Pentagon requires a Pentagon Building Pass and access to Bolling AFB requires a DoD contractor Access Badge. Arrangements must be made to get a Bolling AFB access badge for one driver and an alternate at least one week before delivery begins. Award will be made to the contractor with the lowest offer who has sufficient cleared personnel that hold current PENTAGON BUILDING PASSES at time of award. Requests for a copy of RFQ HHM402-04-Q-0006 shall be forwarded by e-mail to sharon.stewart@dia.mil and shall be received NLT Noon on 5 Nov 2004. A copy of the RFQ will be transmitted back by e-mail. Subject line of the e-mail must read: REQUEST FOR RFQ HHM402-04-Q-0006. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Also, to be elegible for award, the contractor must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR).
