- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments from all interested parties. Input received will assist in determining if any Statement of Work (SOW) clarification/changes are needed. Please submit comments by e-mail to mgroarke@usaid.gov no later that 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2003. The RFP is expected to be issued on or about mid November 2003 and will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities website of the General Services Administration. The publication of this notice or the RFP does not obligate the U.S. Government to make an award.
