Description: This proposed procurement is part of a trio of contracts that the CDC intends to award to seamlessly manage and integrate its responses to inquiries about public health issues. Please also closely review the procurement packages for 2003-N-00709 and 2003-N-00996. This contractor will necessarily interface with the Consumer Services Response Contact Center contractor and the Fulfillment contractor to determine how effectively the program is responding to public inquiries and how well they are performing relative to outcome metrics. This will involve interaction with customers and clients in a very direct manner to get feedback on how well the program is achieving its goal. CDC is seeking solutions to ensure that CDC performance objectives are met, the best possible customer service is provided, and there is continuous improvement in the quality of contact center services. 18.
