Description

The National Institute of Diabetes, and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, National Institutes of Health, intends to negotiate a revison to Task 3 of the Statement of Work for the NIDDK Central Repository - Data contract with Research Triangle Institute. Task 1, which specifies that the Contractor shall cooperate with the other NIDDK Repositories in developing a labeling system, methods for cross-referencing and database integration, will be revised to specify to amplify the meanings of "cooperation" and "database integration". The revised Task 1 will be negotiated under the authority of FAR 6.302 ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS [41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1)]. Note 22.
