- Description
- A Sole Source Commercial contract is anticipated by the Augusta, VA Medical Center located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285 for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35242, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory on the 6th floor. Contractor to provide materials, labor, delivery, product support, for a one (1) year contract with two(2) one(1) year options to renew for Novoste Beta-Cath 3.5F (XL) for the Birmingham Veterans Hospital located at 700 South 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35242, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Deliveries are to be made FOB Destination. Anticipated/estimated usage will be 36 each catheters annually. NAICS Code 621512 Size Standard of 11.5 Million. Estimated contract value being $250,000 to $500,000 over the course of a (1) year contract with two(2) one(1) year options to renew. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated.
