Primer is manufactured by AKZO NOBEL, WAUKEGAN, IL. Sole Source requirement, see numbered note 22. Request for Quote will issue on 17 Nov 2003 and close on 05 Dec 2003. Approximate award date is 12 Dec 2003. SAP Procedures will be utilized. RFQ will be available on EPS website on 17 Nov 2003.
