- NA This sources sought requests information required prior to release of any resultant solicitation. The information in this sources sought notification is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to chan ge and is not binding on the Government. Updated information will be provided in subsequent synopsis, if required. The Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) is seeking, potential sources capable of providing enterprise technical support services whi ch includes, but is not limited to data administration, data standardization, systems development, IV&V, EDI and other special projects to include: a) conduct business modeling and analysis, b) support the command data administration program, c) develop sy stems as a result of re-engineered business processes, d) conduct independent verification and validation, e) facilitate the integration of EC/EDI into MTMC's business processes, f) migrate existing automated systems to MTMC enterprise architecture, g) de velop MTMC enterprise repository and data warehouse, h) implement enterprise continuity of operations (COOP) capabilities at MTMC operations center and subordinate commands/sites as required, i) support the commands continuity emergency management program , and j) support technology integration activities. All valid e-mail responses from prospective Offerors must provide the return e-mail address, company name, mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, and point of contact within the body of their response. In addition, to assist in the planning of acquisition strategy, please respond to the follow ing questions: 1) Is your business a large business or small business? (For the purpose of determining your business size, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $21.0M average annual receipts over the past three years, will be utilized for this acquisition.) 2) If a small business, does your firm qualify as disadvantaged? 3) Under which NAICS codes are you eligible to propose (list all codes)? 4) Provide a short s ummary stating your interest as a prime contractor or subcontractor and your experience in the areas where your firm desires to bid. 5) Identify those functions in which you have little or no experience, but you believe you can perform and why. 6) Othe r pertinent information. E-mail responses without the aforementioned information will not be recognized as valid. No telephonic responses will be considered. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST RESPOND TO THIS SYNOPSIS VIA E-MAIL. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR SOLI CITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED. In order to ascertain the method of procurement, qualified small businesses, Hubzone, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), and women-owned Small Businesses are invited to submit a capability statement to this office. Info rmation to be provided must include, but is not limited to, average annual revenue for the past 3 years; number of employees, ownership and whether they are small, HUBzone, small disadvantaged, 8(a), and/or woman-owned; number of years in business; affilia te information such as parent company or teaming partners; potential services to be subcontracted, if any; and list of customers (Government/non-Government) covering the past 5 years (highlighting relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, d ollar value of each procurement, and point of contact/addresses/and phone numbers). Detailing all relevant technical qualifications, interested firms should also include in their capability statement demonstrative information relative to past performance and experience in managing a workforce and performing work similar to the requirements of this procuremen t. Submit capability statements no later than 3 November 2003 2:00PM EST. Your response is limited to 20 pages. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. This is not a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract as a result of this notice or to pay for any information received.
