- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Raytheon Tech Services of Indianapolis for 2 each Adapter, W53, P/N an/awm-54 Test Set The required procurement is in support of the V22 Program. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be faxed upon request. However all requests must be received within 15 days. Responses should reference N68335-04-T-0003. The RFQ will NOT appear on NAVAIR homepage. N68335-04-T-0003 will be issued on or about 15 December 2003. The point of contact is Joanne Southworth at (732) 323-2756.
