- Description
- The United States Government is seeking to lease approximately 5,380 rentable sq. ft. of office space with on site parking for 18 vehicles within the city limits of Owosso, Michigan and an extended area bound by: North: Copas Road; West: Gould Street; South: Route 71; East: Hintz Road to Route 21 (north and south sides of the street) to State Street to Frawleigh Avenue to Comstock Street to Aiken Road. Acceptable existing buildings and build-to-suit projects will be considered. Rentable space must yield between 4,250 and 4,675 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space. The proposed lease is for 10 years firm. The offered space should be fully serviced and must be able to meet all Government requirements, including Fire & Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. After an on-site survey by the Government, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area. Likewise, the requirements stated here may be changed by the Government, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The General Services Administration is utilizing a tenant broker, Spaulding & Slye, LLC, to represent the Government in this procurement. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence showing authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building or site address, a map of the location, and a site, elevation and block plan, if available.
