Description

The U.S. Postal Service intends to award a Design/Build ? Cost Reimbursable ? Competitive Contract for the design and construction of a new Carrier Annex located at 711 Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica, CA. Proposal will only be accepted from PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ONLY. For sub-contracting opportunities contact any or all of the prequalified contractors listed below. The new facility consists of approximately 127,463 S.F. two-story facility to house carrier operations of which 95,155 S.F. is for a three level parking garage all of which will be constructed on a 79,652 square-foot site. Completion of this project is 550 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed and has an estimated cost range of $15,000,000 to $20,000,000.
