Description
THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM SP0480-04-R-0141 TO SP0480-04-R-1005. * * * Desc: NSN: 2835-01-218-6273, PR #: LTC03253014440, Insert, Turbine Blade, Export Control Technical Data package, P/N: L31730P01 (TDPL-012186273-02325) exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit technical data package requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084 (www.dlis.dla.mil). Soliciting to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity is 1,500 EA, guaranteed minimum quantity (for base year only) is 750 EA, and annual ceiling quantity is 3,000 EA. Pricing should be based on FOB @ Destination, Inspection/Acceptance @ Origin. The delivery schedule is 82 days ARO. 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2003 OCTOBER 24.
