- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Portland, Oregon is soliciting offers to provide inspection and/or re-inspections services. As part of the Veterans Healthcare Administration?s Assisted Living Pilot Program we are seeking contractors to provide inspection of eligible homes to provide housing and medical care for VISN 20 veterans covering Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. The solicitation is for a base plus two (2) years. There will be no public bid opening. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. evaluation criteria is described in the solicitation. No telephone requests will be accepted.
