- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Portland, Oregon is soliciting offers for Assisted Living Facilities and or Residential Care Homes. As part of the Veterans Healthcare Administration?s Assisted Living Pilot Program we are seeking contractors to provide eligible homes and medical care for veterans covering homes within the state boundaries of Oregon and Washington. The solicitation is for a base plus two (2) years. Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Contracts will be issued. Applicants must be those who are state licensed and certified for Medicaid reimbursement. Interested parties should contact Susan Mechals, 503/402-2971. There will be no public bid opening. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Evaluation criteria is described in the solicitation. Requests for solicitation 648-04-04 is available through Federal Business Opportunities, Business Opportunities System at the following website ttp://www.va.gov/oamm or by sending a fax to 503/402-2914 to include your name, company name, phone and fax numbers and business size. This is a Commercial Item service and the package will be available on or about 24 Oct 2003. The due date for receipt of proposals is 4:00PM on or about 26 November 2003. The North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 623990 with a size standard of $6,000,000.00. This is procurement is unrestricted and open to large and small businesses.
