Description

NA The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for U.S. Army Research Office, North Carolina. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange ser vices provider, certified by the state of North Carolina, shall provide local commercial communications service for U.S. Army Research Office, North Carolina, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber line s, Centrex lines, ISDN BRIs,and directory number and number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ?????? NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is ant icipated to be released on or about 31 Oct 03.
