Description

Pretrial Services Agency is in the process of issuing a solicitation for painting of several offices, work areas, pantries and other work spaces. This requirement requires the contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to perform required work. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract. Award will be evaluated on price alone. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 21 days. NAICS CODE: 238320. The size standard is $12M. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses.
