- Description
- The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1.)Inspect workspace and field verify work requirements 2.)Clean and remove existing microbiological contaminated wall covering and the associated potentially contaminated gypsum wallboard in the Operations Room and Automation Room. 3.)Perform cleanup and removal in accordance with Guidelines on Assessment and Remediation of Fungi in Indoor Environment. 4.)Construct an appropriate containment barrier to establish a regulated area for the MCM/MCE removal. Remove the barrier upon completion of removal. 5.)Install new gypsum wallboard on existing framing to replace removed wall surface. Finish GWB and paint new wall surfaces. PRICE RANGE BETWEEN $100,000 TO $250,000.
