Description
The VA Puget Sound Health Care System, 1660 So. Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington, 98108, Seattle and American Lake Divisions has a need for 5-day per week Elevator Maintenance Service for the Seattle Campus, and 3-days per week at the American Lake (Tacoma) Campus. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, travel, equipment, parts, and supplies necessary to maintain the elevators and dumbwaiters at the VA Medical Center, Puget Sound Health Care Systems, 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, Washington, and VA Medical Center American Lake, Tacoma, Washington, in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions, specification, and schedules of the solicitation. Note: You must submit offer for "Both" the Seattle and American Lake Campuses. Term of the Contract will be January 1, 2004, or date of award, through December 31, 2004, with provisions for four (4), one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this service is 235950. Solicitation packages to be available on or about November 15, 2003. This will be a Firm, Fixed-Price Contract. Offers are due on or about December 8, 2003. The Government reserves the right to award this contract on an other than lowest price situation, based upon a technical evaluation, which will be assessed prior to award. A multiple award is contemplated. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing ambulance service will be considered. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing and may be faxed to (253)589-4140. Solicitation Number RFQ 663-02-04 must be referenced on the request and specify a contact point and telephone number. This procurement is subject to the availability of FY 2004 funding.
