NA This is a sources sought announcement only. Tacom-Rock Island is conducting market research to seek qualified sources to be included on a Quality Supplier List (QSL)04, The purpose of the QSL program is to establish and maintain a list of pre-qualified s ources for certain competitive Federal Supply Codes. Information regarding this program can be accessed at the following website: http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/qsl/qsl.htm. Vendors who qualify for the QSL list will be offered the opportunity to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) (FAR 13.303). This BPA will involve assorted cushions, NSN??????s 2540-01-256-2298, NSN 5340-01-112-8600, NSN 2540-01-110-9952, NSN 1220-01-018-9960, NSN 2540-00-445-9273, NSN 1240-00-394-3146, NSN, 5340-01-108-497 6, 5340-01-108-7892, NSN 5340-01-129-6091, NSN 5340-01-129-6090, NSN, 5340-01-129-6089, NSN 5340-01-129-6088, NSN 2540-01-320-5629, NSN 2540-01-324-2222, NSN 2540-00-937-1945, NSN 2590-01-076-6849, NSN 6650-01-077-7594, NSN 5340-01-021-9824, NSN 6650-01-0 78-7732. Requirements are not known at this time and may vary considerably. All orders under the BPA will be competed and all contractors provided an equal opportunity to quote on follow-on orders. The following factors will be considered when awarding orders; price, and contractor??????s past performance in regards to meeting delivery schedules and quality requirements as they relate to orders placed on this Blanket Purchase Agreement. FOB is destination. Cushions will be utilized on the Abrams Tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle and several additional fighting vehicles. First article tests will not be required. The NAICS code for these items is 336360. The SIC code is 2531.
