You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Karen Balch, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-7725. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST W ILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C0020AX, NSN: 1650-01-304-9016, PN: 145H6600-19, Quantity: 70 each applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 300 DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. Required delivery with Alternate II is 10 each 350 DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, Cage Code: 77272 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in orde r to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capabililty, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the part from the approved source. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source appro val in order to compete for future solicitations by accessisng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Source Approval Request information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
