Description

The Government intends to negotiate an indefinite Delivery/ Requirements type contract. With firm fixed price unit prices for dry breathing oxygen and storage units, as required by the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The resulting contract will be from the date of award or 01 January 2004, whichever is later, through 30 September 2004 with provisions for four one-year option periods. Estimated quantities for the base year are as follows: 6,750.00 CF of dry breathing oxygen; Rental of 6,000 gallon and 1,500 gallon tanks for 12 months. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendment to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the document at the FISC Norfolk Website: http://www.nor.fisc.navy.mil/contracts/sol or at the Navy Electronic Commerce online Website: http://neco.navy.mil/biz_opps/search_edi.cfm. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying the neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials are owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to so present may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
