Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to issue a purchase order to KBA-Giori North America to purchase training services for the I-10A and Super Simultan 212 presses utilizing information that is proprietary to KBA-Giori. The Government lacks form, fit, or function data with which to make a competitive procurement. This Government intends to procure this service per the authority of FAR 13.104.
