- The National Transportation Safety Board is requesting small business vendors to reply if they can meet the needs of the following service for FY 04 starting 01 Oct 03 through 31 Oct 04. We are seeking courier services for the NTSB Headquarters Location 490 L'Enfant Plaza East, S.W., Washington, DC with special routes and times that are established by NTSB. The NAICS CODE for this pre-solicitation service is 492110 which states PROVIDES MESSENGER AND DELIVERY SERVICES WITHIN A METROPOLITAN AREA OR WITHIN AN URBAN CENTER. Promptness of pickup and delivery of pack ages is of the utmost importance for this job.
