Description

Contractor shall perform the service for replacing capacitors in each of five AP-572 UPS modules located in Building 23 at The Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43216 as specified herein. The contractor shall furnish all labor, instruments, tools, replacement parts, materials and supplies required in performing all operations in connection with replacing capacitors in each of the five AP-572 modules. The contractor shall inspect components inside of the UPS modules and clean, adjust and maintain them as required to ensure continued normal operation. Inspect components inside of the System Control Cabinet and clean, adjust and maintain them as required. Repair or replace any bad components, if found. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/or after 06-01-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. This is a sole source solicitation.
