PR#: LTC03288015093, NSN 6620-01-199-6342, Gage, pressure, dial indicating. Item is sole source to PTI Technologies Inc, CAGE 05228, P/N 7563824. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0924. Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893 Issue Date: 28 November, 2003, Closing Date: 30 December 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination , Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 166 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 145 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 108 each. A small business sub-contracting plan is required. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
