- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: NSN 6110-00-337-5146NT, PN 4010345-911, NOUN Circuit Card Assy; NSN 6130-01-032-0385NT, PN 4004310-913, NOUN Circuit Card Assy; NSN 6130-01-038-7240NT, PN 4007833-902, NOUN Circuit Card Assy; NSN 6130-01-163-8513NT, PN 4007846-905, NOUN Circuit Card Assy. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
