- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice. Scott AFB IL has a requirement for duplicating, printing and packaging CD?s for the USAF Band of Mid-America in accordance with the Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This action will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334612 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The successful contractor will be selected based on past performance, experience and price. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package, which is anticipated to be 5 Nov 03. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. NOTE: The response date cited above is an estimate, not an actual. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, or does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
