Description

NA NOUN: CONVERTER SIGNAL, DA; NSN: 6620-01-342-0470, P/N: 70450-01043-126, QTY: 61 each, with One 100% Option, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Approved source is Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615-9129 (CAGE 78286). F.O.B. Or igin with deliveries to DEF Dist Depot Red River, Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 15 each 270 DACA. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or sel ected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part the intended application. Although, by DOD-STD-100 definition, alternate and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession an d cannot be economically obtained. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All responsible sources may submi t an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
