NA This notice is for informational purposes only. The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to issue a modification to Firm-Fixed Price Contract Number DAAB07-03-C-G405 with Tallahasse Technologies, Inc. for increased qua ntities of sustainment and new spare parts for the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio Systems (SINCGARS) as listed in the charts below. A Justification and Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition has be en approved for this modification in accordance with authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (b) (1) (i), Only One Responsible Source. The Government does not possess the complete technical data needed to competitively acquire the required spa re parts. This modification is estimated to be $4.2M. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only, and is not to be considered as a Request for Proposal.
