Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: LTC03266014607 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Origin inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6645-01-318-9833, 43 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. This NSN has a Qualified Product Lists (QPL) Requirements. The source for this item must be certified and QPL approved at time of contract award. This item is used in a Mercury Free Environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in Mercury Free Drawing 13873-03-0001. A copy of this drawing is available at DSCR and can be obtained via Internet at website: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 108 EA. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 18 EA ? 30 Days ARO / 18 EA ? 60 Days ARO / 18 EA ? 90 Days ARO / 18 EA ? 120 Days ARO / 18 EA ? 150 Days ARO / 18 EA ? 180 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
