- DESCRIPTION: Provide 25 Full Service Bases by furnishing Long-Term Fire Retardant, equipment and labor under Forest Service, USDA, Spec. 5100-304a and 5100 304b, January 2000. Fire retardant is used for application of forest and brushland fires by aircraft or ground fire equipment. No guaranteed quantities are provided. All products offered must be fully qualified products as listed on the most recent Qualified Product List, dated September 5, 2003. This solicitation is for One year with two option years.
