Description: NA Release of Solicitation for Meeting Planner for a Military Symposium. The basic purpose of this solicitation is to procure meeting planning services. The Meeting Planner will organize and assist MTMC in conducting it's annual training symposium. The Con tractor shall conduct a site search during solicitation phase and after contract award and shall furnish all facilities, personnel, equipment and services for lodging accommodations, conference facilities, exhibit hall, audio-visual equipment, catering ser vices, ancilliary services, web-based registration management, including all personnel and services to set-up/tear-down, operate and maintain the equipment for the Symposium. Four Symposiums will be planned within a four year period for o/a 1800 attendees . Approximately 380 or more room nights (number of rooms x number of nights).
