Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source contract to CTB/McGraw-Hill. The award will be made for the purchase, distribution, collection, scoring, equating, analysis, and reporting of CTB/McGraw-Hill Terra Nova Multiple Assessments, 2nd Edition, for use in the norm-referenced evaluation of student achievement in grades 3-11. It is contemplated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be negotiated and awarded to satisfy this requirement for a period of performance that includes a base year and two option years. [Base: School Year 2003-04; Option Year One: SY 2004-05; Option Year Two: SY 2005-06.] This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes and no formal competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted.
