Description

Non-personal services for the inspection, testing, recharging, maintenance, repairing, and painting of fire suppression systems. Systems consist of Dry and Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishing Systems, Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishers, Halon 1301 Fire Extinguisher Systems, and Portable Fire Extinguishers, and are located in various buildings at Lackland AFB (LAFB), Lackland Training Annex (LTA), Kelly Field Annex (KFA), Camp Bullis, and Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC). The contract will consist of a basic year and four option years. This solicitation is 100 percent set-a-side for small businesses. The applicable size standard is $6,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three years. The NAIC’s code for this acquisition is 561990. Wage Determination Number 1994-2521, revision 26 (06/19/2003) applies to this solicitation. All interested parties must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.202-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or www.ccr.gov. CCR must be obtained prior to award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-AUG-2003).
