Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for supplies and services necessary to procure Engineering Support Services. These services are needed to support the SNTC system, which is an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Target Control System (TCS). MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC target control system, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
