Description
1. GENERAL In its continuing efforts to enhance the Incentive/Recognition Program (the Program) Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC (BSC) is requesting information about incentive card plans that will fulfill requirements and expectations to meet goals and objectives of the Program. 2. INTRODUCTION BSC desires information about a debit/incentive card plan (the Plan) in which qualified participating employees will have a method in which to choose a variety of options for their incentive award. 3. THE PLAN SERVICES The company offering the services described herein shall be fully qualified and compliant with all governing laws and statutes of regulatory agencies providing oversight for this type of service provider. The integrity of the proposed Plan shall maintain BSC and employee confidentiality of information that is disseminated in the course of transactions. The implementation process shall be seamless and void of interruption to BSC's current Program. The Plan must evaluate the following criterion: - History of the company offering the service; - The industry standards to which it operates; - The company's outlook on customer service and its commitment to customer service that will be provided to BSC and participating employees; - The company's dedication to support; - An Implementation Plan; - The Plan's customized features, if any; - Details about the functionality of the proposed Plan; - Fundamentals of a funding program that would be set up for BSC (method, frequency, etc.); - Any warranty or guaranty offered; - Liability issues; - Confidentiality issues; - Report method(s) furnished to BSC; - Information about the debit/incentive card (where purchases can be made, personal identification number, activation, expiration, etc.); - Any service fee(s) assessed by the debit/incentive card company and what the service fee(s) include and/or exclude; and - Any additional features of the debit/incentive card. 4. OTHER PARTICULARS Response to the Request for Information is due no later than 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday, November 10, 2003. Respondents are informed that this is a Request for Information only and that BSC makes no commitment that a Request for Proposal will result from this Request for Information. Information received from respondents will be reviewed and an assessment will be made whether the proposed type of debit/incentive card plan could provide value to BSC. Responses shall be in Word format. The preferable method to receive this information from respondents is via e-mail to: fern_stafford@ymp.gov.
