Description

Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Swissray America, Inc. for the following: Services Nonpersonal: To provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to repair item(s) listed below. Fixed Radiology System, Model #: GEN X 2000, INDEX #: 27453, SERIAL #: 583C1. Completion required by 4 Dec 03. DISCREPANCY: upper right quadrant of video display is distorted. Services tech has determined the cause is with an internal camera. Buck handle is also broken. Required Part: DDR Optic Compl. Vers.E. DOD-HR (Camera). Required PN: 6.1030.0003.2. Qty: 1. 3hrs Installation Labor, 2hrs Travel Time, Round Bucky Handle Part #: 4.1017.0006.0. Option 2: Second Day Delivery of Parts. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in CCR at www.ccr.2000.
