Description

NA The Dept of Forensic Toxicology Drug Test Lab, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for Chase Scientific or equal, Culture Tubes made of borosilicate glass sizes 16x100, 12x75, 16x12, vary from 50 to 900ea per year. Delivery will be on-cal l next day delivery basis. Culture Tubes shall be made of borosilicate glass. Contractor shall replace/exchange in broken tubes at no additional cost to the Govt. The Govt anticipates awarding a FFP IDIQ contract for the base period date of award - 30 Sep 04 with (3) year options. The Govt purchase card will be the payment method. The requirement is 100% SBSA.
