Description

Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SP0600-03-R-0149: A All offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0002 as stated in Block 11 0f Standard From 30. B. The delivery period for Virginia line Items has changed: From January 2004 meter read date through the first meter read date in July 2007. To: February 2004 meter read date through the first meter read date in July 2007. C. The date for receipt of Pricing Submissions for the VA accounts ONLY has been extended until January 6th, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. local Ft. Belvoir, VA time. D. All Gs-1 and GS-2 line items for Dominion Virginia Power accounts have been removed from the solicitation. Virginia accounts 5100,5115,5120,5125 and 5140 have been updated to reflect the changes due to the deletion of Gs-1 and GS-2 accounts. E. Line Item 2485 Naval research Laboratory has been added to the solicitation document. Consumption data for line item 2485 have been added. Reference Navy ResearchLab.xls and Attachment III. F. The estimated quantity of the solicitation is changed from 1,335,042,238 kWh to 1,930,311,937 kWh. G. The solicitation document has been revised and updated to include all Amendment 0002 changes. H. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
