Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in establishing a contract with an organization to provide management services for the Andrew Mellon Auditorium (AWMA) located in Washington, D.C. The Contractor shall provide necessary manangement, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, equipment and coordination of events at the AWMA. The contract will be a small business setaside and shall have a term of one year with four options. The Contractor's role will assume primary responsibility to schedule individuals or organizations that are interested in renting the AWMA. The AWMA is available for rental under the "Coorperative Use Act", 40 USC/612(a). The solicitation (Request for Proposals) shall be issued at this site for this procurement on December 1, 2003.
