Description

DESCRIPTION: Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to Repair HVAC Equipment at U. S. Coast Guard Group Eastern Shore, Chincoteague, VA. Major items of work shall include the following: 1.1 Flushing of the entire hydronic system. 1.2 Replacement of all the automatic temperature control valves and their motorized actuators. 1.3 Pressure test and insulate the disturbed area. 1.4 Replacement of damper motors. 1.5 Replacement of louver screens. 1.6 Complete air and water balance. 1.7 Commissioning of control system to verify correct equipment operation. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 million. NO RESPONSE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITAITON OR POSTING STATUS. The coast guard now distributes the Technical Data Package 9TPD) portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data solution (FedTeds) website In order to obtain the TDP Portion of the solicitation the contractor will be required to be registered in CCR and have a MPIN (Marketing Partner ID Number).
