Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to C&H Business Furniture to provide exact matching furniture to pre-existing furniture on an urgent request to have furniture delivered, assembled, and installed by November 25th 2003 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(2). This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 14 NOV 2003. This is not a request for offereors. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
