COMMAND AIR CREW TRAINING (CACT) PROGRAM FOR ACADEMIC AND SIMULATOR TRAINING ON THE C-9B AIRCRAFT PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE 20 November 2003 NAVAIR Orlando Training Systems Division will host a Preproposal Conference on 20 November 2003, Room 120, in the Partnership Building, 9:00 AM -11:00 AM, to address the requirements and acquisition strategy for the Command Air Crew Training (CACT) program for academic and simulator training on the C-9B aircraft. A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on 14 October 2003. The RFP and amendments are posted on our business opportunities website at http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/EBusiness/BusOps/Acquisitions/Index.cfm?client=NAWCTSD under Solicitation N61339-03-R-0070 (select ?RFP Notice? under the drop-down menu titled ?Document Types? located at the top, center of the screen). The website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be advised that periodic access of this web site is essential for obtaining updated documentation and the latest information regarding this procurement. Interested parties are strongly urged to thoroughly review the (RFP) and amendments prior to participating in the Preproposal Conference. The Government?s primary goal is to create an open dialog with industry regarding proposal requirements and address any questions or concerns participants may have. Attendance will be limited to three (3) representatives per firm. The Government reserves the right to reduce the number of representatives per firm should capacity constraints become an issue or heightened levels of security are imposed. Interested parties must submit the firm's name, representatives? names, address, zip code, phone number with area code, and e-mail address to t?ann.perrault@navy.mil no later than 18 November 2003. Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. A list of industry participants will be made available on 20 November 2003 to all who attend. PLEASE NOTE: NAVAIR ORLANDO IS A SECURE FACILITY AND WALK-INS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED. General visitor information will be requested at the time reservations are placed in order to process the necessary paperwork prior to arrival.
