WALTER/LGKAB/ (405) 734-4635 Services, Non-Personal, Repair: The Contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the repair, modification, test, packing and packaging and return to the Government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract, the line items of Air Force equipment listed below. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated for this contract. The item and estimated quantities are as follows: CLIN 0001 NSN: 5998-01-416-7797HY P/N: 061M275 QTY: 25, Base Year 9 Each, Option Year 1: 8 Each, Option Year 2: 8 Each CLIN 0002 NSN: 5998-01-416-8843HY P/ N: 061M400 QTY: 19, Base Year 8 Each, Option Year 1: 6 Each, Option Year 2: 5 Each CLIN 0003 NSN: 5998-01-416-9822HY P/N: 061M3781 QTY: 14, Base Year 6 Each, Option Year 1: 5 Each, Option Year 2: 3 Each CLIN 0004: Over and Above Applicable to: Voltage control on a 100KW Ground Power Generator, Electronic Sensitive. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3028. Delivery: 30 Days ARO/ARR. This solicitation is to obtain a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements contract for the repair of Circuit Card Assemblies with 100% contractor furnished material. The approximate issue of the solicitation date will be: 19 November 2003. Approximate award date is: 15 May 2004. Deliveries are to be at a rate as follows: 30 Days ARO reps and order.
