Description

The Navstar Global Positioning System (GPS) Joint Program Office (JPO), Ground Receivers project office, provides the following information: (1) Intends to exercise the options for DAGR provisioning conferences (0008), warranty on DAGR First Article Test (FAT) units (0009), the Contractor Costs Data Reports (0010), the development of DAGR Computer Based Training (0012), and the establishment of a Depot Supply Support for stocking and storing DAGRs(0015). The value of this action is $555,554.00. DAGR contractual questions must be provided to Major Leo Roy Pfeifer, Leo.Pfeifer@losangeles.af.mil, or Ms. Rosetta Skelton on or before 24 November 2003. Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the System Program Director or the Contracting Officer, but to assist in communicating offeror concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendation to the appropriate Government personnel.
