Description

This is notice of intent to negotiate sole source procurement with Varian Inc. and is for informational purposes only. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 334516 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The proposed acquisition is reserved for 100% small business. LINE ITEM 0001 Varian NMR System, Model Mercury Plus 300 MHz High Performance NMR Spectrometer Upgrade. Offer must include at minimum a one year warranty, VNMR software upgrades for at least one year and provide installation and training of system. Any responses are due by 1200 noon, MDT, 14 November 2003.
