Description

NA Contractor shall provide Ambulance Services 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Contractor must provide two (2) type II ambulances at Fort Buchanan, with one certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and one certified Paramedic in each ambulance. One ambulance must be supplied and maintained at Fort Buchanan designated area; the second ambulance will be a replacement to be provided within 15 minutes after notification. Contractor must have the following certificates/licences: Certificate issued by th e Health Department, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Authorization Certificate and License issued by the Commonwelath of Puerto Rico, Commission of Public Service; Resgistered at the Puerto Rico State Department; Puerto Rico Municipal permit to operate commer cial business. EMT and Paramedic personnel must be certified in accordance with Puerto Rico state and municipal laws. Proof of Business certifications, as well as, personnel certifications must be provided at time of award. This notification is only a sou rces sought, a solicitation notice will be posted when the solicitation is ready.
