Description: NA The work consists essentially of building and grounds maintenance for Dillon Lake, Zanesville, OH. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year (2004) with four additional year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizi ng the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment; and (D) Price. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to t he solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for December 16, 2003, at 1:45 p.m. at Dillon Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $640,000.00. This solicitation can only be received by registerin g on line at WWW.LRH.USACE.ARMY.MIL/CT. Afterwards, you may download the solicitation at the aforementioned web site on or about December 1, 2003. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. A SIC code of 8744 and NAICS 561210 has been es tablished for this solicitation.
