The Government cannot guarantee a bidder will be placed on the bidders list if registration is completed using only the web page. DESCRIPTION: Walla Walla District, Corps of Engineers, 201 N. 3rd St., Walla Walla, WA., 99362, intends to award a firm-fixed price construction contract to repaint portions of the interior and exterior of the primary dewatering structure at the juvenile fish facility, Little Goose Lock & Dam, Dayton, WA. The interior portion will be approximately 2500 square feet and will be painted with epoxy-polyamide high performance submersible coating requiring white metal sandblast surface preparation. The exterio r portion will be approximately 2000 square feet of painting with a lower performance coating suitable for atmospheric exposure. The work will also include the replacement of an existing damaged structural steel beam with a new W12X152 beam approximately 50 feet long. The work also includes removal, repair, and reinstallation of a 50-ft length of submerged 24-inch Concrete Cylinder Pipe with land-based crane using the aid of divers for rigging and reinstallation. Pipe is in approximately 17 feet of water and will require new steel fabricated supports installed below the water line. The estimated completion date for this work is March 13, 2004. ADMIN INFO: The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classifica tion (SIC) code is 1721. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code is Z211. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $12,000,000. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns.
