Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to procure software maintenance from an authorized reseller of FrontRange Solutions, Inc. proprietary software. The IRS is currently using a quantity of 250 HEAT, a quantity of 250 iHEAT, unlimited HEAT Self Service, and a quantity of 75 HEAT Plus Knowledge FrontRange license applications to assist in providing services to IRS Agency Wide Shared Services (AWSS) employees throught the Human Resource Center (ERC). The applications allow Human Resource personnel to use these web-based applications to access and respond to trouble call tickets phoned in by employees. Inquiries ususally consist of employees attempting to obtain information about their retirement, payroll, personal benefits, etc. This is a proprietary software product and only authorized resellers may provide maintenance. Responsible parties that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation of interest and capability by 12:00 noon EST on the date specified (November 14, 2003). All quotes shall include point of contact (name and telephone no.), GSA Contract Number, if applicable, business size, and payment terms. All questions shall be submitted in writing.
